The proposed project includes:
– A natural gas-fuelled power plant, to be located in Manjangue Locality, Macarretane Administrative Post,Chókwè District;
– The link between the Power Plant and the National Electricity Network, which will be provided by an electricity transmission line between the Chokwé Power Station and the Lionde Substation as well as another transmission line between the proposed Substation and the new Substation which is being developed near Macia.

The total length of the planned lines is approximately 76 km.
